Logging in / Creating a Personal Account Access to this search utility is controlled. You should have been provided a user ID and password by an authorized representative. You need a personal account to function within the system. The system uses the personal account to distinguish you from other users, in order to save searches, send direct email to candidates, and store candidate notes. Your e-mail address is needed when setting up your personal account. You will only be prompted for this the first time that you access the system. This email address is for purposes of this recruitment site only and will never be distributed. Candidate Search (Employer/Recruiter) Process: Candidate Search (Basic) From the Dashboard toolbar, click Candidate Search From the Candidate Database page, click any of the criteria under Basic Search Select any/all of the desired qualifiers within the search criteria Click SEARCH The matched search results are listed alphabetically. Matching candidate detail may also include the date of the candidate's resume upload, class year, and program. Process: Candidate Search (Advanced) From the upper right-hand corner of the Candidate Database page, click ADVANCED From the Advanced Search page, select any/all of the qualifiers within each search criteria Note: As the user selects the desired qualifiers from each search criteria, the number of matching candidates will show in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Once all of the criteria and qualifiers have been selected, click VIEW NOW Managing Candidate Profiles (Employer)Each candidate's information can be managed and edited by utilizing the actions made available to the employer/recruiter. All of the selected actions are shown above the candidate list in the action toolbar. Process: Managing a Candidate's Profile From the Candidate Database page, select the desired candidate by clicking his or her name from the list. Note: If applicable, employers will be able to view both the candidate's resume and profile information. Employers will also be able to view previous note entries for each candidate by clicking the Notes tab. To print the candidate's resume, click the Print PDF Resume icon from the action toolbar To email the candidate, click the email icon from the action toolbar Draft message and click SEND To forward the candidate's resume, click the Forward icon from the action toolbar To add notes to the candidate's profile, click the Notes icon in the action toolbar Select either personal or public/shared from the Note Type dropdown menu Select to filter by My Notes or All Public Notes from the Filter By dropdown menu Note: All previous My Notes or All Public notes will be listed by date and user entry.
